This is a tutorial for the QC Lab. The tutorial will introduced various forms of perturbation theory in quantum mechanics, and discuss the relations between them. Examples to be discussed include the adiabatic elimination method, the Schriffer-Wolf transformation, the Born-Oppenheimber approximation, etc.
