Hetero-interface of perovskite oxides, like LAO/STO, draw much attention in recent days. It shows diverse physical phenomena, mostly related to its strongly-correlated nature, such as ferromagnetism and superconductivity. In spite of its fascinating behavior, many of basic parameters are still unveiled. In this presentation, I will present some breakthroughs in this field.
